god everytime i look at this it makes my mouth water. I've only smoked outdoor probably twice in my life. I remember loving everything about it, from the taste to the burn. I gotta move!!!
Have you tried the L.A. Woman yet BB... growing any different for you compared to the others??? I've grown it out. It's a good all around bud but it seemed to have alot of problems in the grow compared to my others.

Good morning ataxia, my LA Woman was a freebie from the Attitude. Somehow I missed getting her topped, and LST just didn't go well at all. So she is pretty much a "bean-pole", but I have several LAW clones that I want to carry over this winter. One in particular has been "topped", and LST'ed beautifully! I have great hopes for her. My winter nursery has a 125 CFL overhead for now and there are 4 - 42 watt CFL's ready to go as needed for the sides later.
I haven't tasted the LA Woman yet, still too early, (she's a slow one!).
My grow has limited direct sunlight, 6/7 hours max daily, so I can never reach full potential, I guess I'm in a "hole" on several levels, LOL.
I just took some pix of mom & daughter:
Good luck & good grow.......BB bongsmilie

2010 outdoor is done. This year we kept everyone below 5 feet tall with the LST, but by doing so, I lost a lot of sunlight and ergo, production. Got a total of 14 lbs this year, compared to 20+ last year. However, the quality is over the top!
The Blue Venom and LA Woman are true "one-hit-shit"!
I'm trying my hand at some indoor this winter with a couple of LA Woman & G13 Haze. Just some clones from the outdoor. I built a grow room in my bedroom, powered by a total of 209 watts of CFL, 1-125 & 2-42's. I realize this is WAY underpowered, but I'm getting some interesting results, see pix.
This setup is not for any real production, but more experimental.......BB bongsmilie

Hey all....I'm doing an indoor grow area and nursery. I've started 2011 outdoor strains in the nursery and got some G 13 Haze and LA Woman in the grow area under 12/12. Running all CFL....293 watts in the grow room and 92 in the nursery. I will refrain from starting a "2011" journal until I see the response to this post. I noticed that the last response was Oct. 1,.
So here are some pix....the new nursery set up.....then the main grow room...caught my son doing some revamping in main area.
Wishing everyone a happy New Year, good luck & good grow.......BB 12-27-10 Nursery 003.jpgbongsmilie12-27-10 Nursery 004.jpg12-27-10 Nursery 005.jpg12-27-10 Nursery 006.jpgHeat mat.jpgheat mat controler.jpg

Just noticed my plant stakes appear to be written in Vulcan, so I offer a translation:
Blue Mystic, Moby Dick, Warlock, Rocklock, Wappa, Sour Cream, Sour Kush, Chronic, Chiesel, The Church, Amnesia Lemon, Motavation, and Sensi Star.

Hi Bill, Thanks for looking in...yeah....they're all girls/feminised. I'm getting a super early jump this year. They should be pretty good sized by the time I put them outside, probably April 1. This year it's clean up time.....all seeds are from last year, and all but the Blue Mystic were freebies. But that get's me 13 delicious flavors:weed:.....speaking of which.....:clap:Blue Venom.......aye yi yi...Sooooo... delicious....sorry Bill, honest to god, I would love to share some with youbongsmilie.
Looking forward to the Sensi Star & Chronic, never tried them and hear they're great!
Also hoping to get a couple of Clockwork Orange seeds in the next month, that would be THE star of my grow show. TY again Bill, good luck & good grow.......BB:wink:

Hey Slab! Thanks for looking in, give me a shout when you are up and running for 2011.
Well, I'm just amazed.....started 15 seeds on 12/27.....ALL 15 have germinated and looking quite healthy. This was the best germ rate I've ever had, + they were last years freebies mostly!
The grow room girls are starting to bud up, but they may end up as "hash fodder", because I will be needing the grow room for these "new" girls. (I may have gotten TOO eager, too soon). Gonna be a LONG season for sure.
Wishing ALL, Good luck & good grow.......BB

Are all of these for your summer grow? Or are you going to flower some sooner?
Hey Bill, thanks for stopping by......Yes, all are going out on the patio after approx. 90 days in the green room. I got a really early start this year, I hope it doesn't bite me in the ass! LOL I set up the nursery in the bathroom. Found an "8-light" bathroom fixture at the thrift store, it was $5. Cut it down to 2 - 4's. I'm using a windshield sun-blocker, (99 cents), as a hood. My entire germinating nursery cost $22, including lights, timer and potting mix. As stated above, I got 15 for 15 germination with this set-up, so I guess I'm doing something right. A few pix:

I'll do it. That's how to grow smart there; low budget. I just can't see spending hundreds of $$$ when it can be done for so much less. Great results on your germination rate. Sounds like a great year in the making.

LOL on setting out some monsters come spring. That has always worked for me, except for a few strains that went autoflower. The ones I started before Christmas one year were about 4' when set out.

anyhoo, looking forward to seeing you pull of some big buds.

Later old timer :bigjoint:
