It's not so much that the thing is completely crooked. It is methodologically flawed to produce predictable results. Poor Arjan, he's probably far less effective these days in front of a diminishing audience.

I mean, how many samples can anybody really thoughtfully sample in a couple days? It's more about the swag and hospitality. Sometimes the swag is pretty good tho.

I don't blame the Hamsterdam coffee houses though. They are just trying hard to remain relevant to the scene these days.

Fuck HT. They are going to cash in on this thing and make all those effete suit-wearing long hairs very, very rich.

Yeah, I agree with you too tovarish. I much prefer places where any adult can purchase cannabis to the pseudo-medical environment in certain places here in the US. Also (I know I have mentioned this before), chatting up hot French (for example) chicks while smoking is pretty much one of my favorite things ever.

I would avoid the cannabis cup completely. The influx of that many Americans fucks up the vibe at the coffee shops. I get embarrassed by them a lot so I pretent to be Canadian, eh? The HtCC is probably the worst time ever to be in Amsterdam.

My first visit to Holland and had to wait 2 days for a friend from the east to arrive,
I was so wasted, I spent 8 hours just on the john ...lol
straightened up and went back for more
eventually he showed up with the German police chasing him
so we both bailed
if looking for Mericans in Holland you will find them there in the Bulldog ..lol
But hey!!! it ain't the Yankees causing any issues, but more so the German,
French and other 'day tourists' thats the biggest issue

just as we hear the cops on the border with Colorado be-moaning about the
'day tourists' hitting the weed then trolling of the road? ..lol
the best is to make all Eu cannabis free .?
