I'm looking to buy a tent for my wife and I. Anyone know of where I can order one online. One with some kind of matt or matress and one that will keep ALL bugs out.
Tents are an easy find on line, E-Bay, Amazon, Costco, Walmart. There all designed to keep the bugs out/rain out. What you need to be concerned with is ; size, style, ease of erection, weatherproofing, construction, and cost.
You have plenty of time before the BBQ, so do your research and we'll see you there.

I have not been camping sense I was like 10. The thing is that all the adds say that there easy to put up and all of that but I'm looking for tents that are comfortable and bug free and big enough for a small women and a really big guy 6 fot 3 280 pounds

so I need a tent fit for a grizly bear to sleep in it
Here's my suggestion then.....
Go to a LARGE sporting goods store. See what they have there, talk to the salesman and pick his brain. Many of these large sporting good stores (Dicks, Sports authority, Costco) have them erected so you can see what you like. After you decide what you like buy it on line, you'll get a much better deal on line. If you wait until Black Friday (nobody's buying camping gear that time of the year) you can get a "steal of a deal" on your camping gear.
.
Another alternative is to rent a trailer. Members in the past will rent a trailer with services that will drop it off for you at your camp site, and pick it up when done.
.
Most tents will be fine for a man 6'-3 & 280. The "Treeman" runs 6'-4" and 340 and my Coleman tent works fine for me. I just bought a cab over camper, so I get some comforts this year.

Try to remember that they are predicting an El Nino this winter, so depending on the weather, a tent may not be the best option. We will have several carports there, so worst case you can build your tent under a carport.....(:
damn sounds shitty to be in the cold but fuck it I really wanna meet you guys
