20days and no buds

I was wondering if this is female or not? 20th day on 12/12 and not buds yet.

You don't state the Genetics of that plant so I can't offer strain specific information.

In my experience sex is usually noticeable within 15 to 20 days of switch.

I have 4 of these plants and 2 of a different strain. The other 2 plants are budding nicely but nothing with the other 4 and all where switched to 12/12 at the same time

you could consider reducing your light to 11/13....I had a strain that need a bit more than 12 hours of darkness to flower
 
They were at 9 weeks when I switched to 12/12. I will try 11/13 and see where it goes. I’ll keep you posted. I appreciate your time thanks
 
I have another question? This is my first time using LED lights, is it ok to have both veg and bloom switches on during flower or should I just use bloom? Thanks for any help
