24 hours on!! by mistake

I left my lights on for 24 hrs on the 12/12 cycle by mistake. Should I catch up with 24 hrs dark then carry on as normal?

after the 24 hours, switch to 12 hours dark and then 12 hours light... why doenst it sound ok, the plant doesnt think o i just had 24hours of sunlight now i need 24 hours of dark. if it is 24 hours dark think how it would react. there is nowhere on the planet where there are 24 hours of darkness, it would be just as bad as leaving you lights on for 24 hours... plants dont have the ability to reason.

It happens, i would be very surprised if this would cause your grow to hermie unless you have some extremely unstable genetics, in which case it most likely would of no matter what you did, nothing to worry over.
