It's not the greatest thing u can do for your girls but it's not the worst either. One 3 hour light burst isn't gonna cause no problems for ya but just try not to let it happen again. No matter how careful at some point in time while your growing your gonna leave a light on or timers gonna break. As long as u catch it the first day then it shouldn't cause no problems.

I don't know what a 24 hour "flip" is, but just put your plant back into your intended light schedule.

24 hr flip is 24 hrs darkness for the first night of flowering. Some say it triggers your plants to switch into flower mode better than just going to 12/12
