25 day old weed plant.....needs help maybe ?

may be nothing ....but i need to know if im doing something wrong
..

ph of water 6.5 to 6.6 using a ph meter .
25 day old seedling
nutes... yes ..Iguana Juice Grow ..first week 1/8 nutes
im on my sec week i gave it 1/4 nutes.....
400 watt feet away... 9" away from hps or till my hand get warm.....
14 days under hps
temp 78 Humility 30 to 40
seedling starter soil it's in still


could be nute burn ., but befor i was not giving it nutes and it was still starting
like this..and im going to put it in a bigger pot soon ...
just need some help if you can !

You just got a little nute burn. Stop nutes for a week or two and just water. If you use a nutrient based soil, you don't need nutes for 3-4 weeks. I use a light mix and go a month before nutes.

You have some heat/light stress from the 400, its too much light for the youngin. Pull it way up 3 ft away at least. Time to repot into some nute based soil for 4wks then again repot couple weeks before flower and then start flower nutes
