250 watt Grow Lights

Im looking for a decent grow light kit, im only growing 2 plants at the moment, Strawberry Cough and a random seed i was given (could be anything).

Anyway, i saw a grow light kit available for £55 (about $78 ).

250 watts, 2700k red colour spectrum, aluminium mirror reflector hood.

is this a cfl or hps? can we get a link of what exactly your talking about

I say itll be good..but depending on CFL or hps I could tell you better details of why. whats your room space as well?

well ive read read your post for 7USD its no HPS...and its prolly a CFL...I think ur reading the wattage equivalency.....you need the actual wattage
