250 Watt HPS bagseed grow!

Looks like a pretty nice luck with sum bagseed , the plant looks great. its been flowering for exactly a month today and is only getting nicer! i am using a 250 watt hps hydrofarm light. its been growing in a 3' x 3' x 4 1/2 maybe 5'. Hoping on sum great smoke. im using gat guano and shultz plant food 15-30-15. Temps are running about 72-75 its pretty nice in there. also using MG organice choice. anyone have an estimate to wen this plant will be done?

yea I duno why he said that either ryder... U posted to get help here so its kinda pointless to send u some where else lolz. Im going to guess about 5 weeks or so. do u have any idea wat strain it is? if not since its bag seed surely u smoked the weed it came from. Was the effects more towards indica or a sativa? Plus your using a 250 watt light. The less lumens the light produce the smaler and less compact the buds will be. I personaly have never used less then a 400 watt for flowering so Im not sure how big the buds will get with a 250 watt because I have never used it for flowering and have never seen anyone flower with 250 watt wich probably is y u havent goten any help yet. 250 watts are to small for growing a bigger plant in most cases and over kill for smaller plants so not many people play with them. Most people just use them for fish aquariems :P The best thing for u to do it get a microscope or some kind of magnifying glass and check the tricomes. If u dont know how to do that just let me know.
 
O and btw on average plants bud for about 8 or 9 weeks. So u could also do that but if u dont check the tricomes u wont no exactly when its redy and it wont b as potent.

Well I was actually using like 5 CFL lights and they were doing ehhh alrightt and then when i switched to this 250 watt hps my plant litterly just exploded and hairs started coming out everywhere, it grew soooooo so so much just within like the first week. My homie works at a hydro shop and he saw my plant and was impressed with it. the light covers just about everywhere on the plant but the funny thing is.... she doesnt really have much smell at all yet. This is my first time grow so if it doesnt come out right then thats cool (: i just wanted to see what i can do for a first timer. Oh and the bagseed , i think it was sum kinda outdoor kush my homie gave me it was pretty good but he grew it outdoors where as im growing it indoors now.
 
250hps watter here. I say for the size your plant your doing good ( I keep my plants with in 3 feet). I am not a pro by all means ,I learn every step of the way. Keep everything in check as to ph and utilize your light,meaning If you have a cool tube you can get pretty close considering the heat isnt as much as a 400 produces. I like the results from my harvest. Its not the biggest compact buds but it also isnt fluffy, but with good nutrients you can really get them to florish. If by all means add the cfls for siding and to utilize the light even more by pre tieing your branches ( i simply just get some sting and bend the top colas ever so lightly so they are leaning) so light can get to every bud sight. Again with a 250watt the light intensity deminishes after 15inches imo say. so keep it short and simple, ..but before i leave i would like to state,last grow I did I had 6 clones vegged for 1 month and flowered. Keeping them short and not going to over board. I grow in a crawlspace 4x4x4 so height also is another issue but bending fixes this as they just curve right back up, I wish I could type more and give more input but I am just to blazing tired. keep the updates coming along.

Give your bagseed 10 weeks at least from when you switched your lights to 12/12. It looks like your buds are getting a good 1st layer, but they will continue to swell up with every passing day. I have had bagseed in my first two grows, and they did great, but it took the full 10 weeks, almost 11 to ripen up. Obviously, with an unknown strain you can't know for sure.
 
3 feet? light distance on a 250w, with a small fan to push the air over the tops i usually go less then 12 defiantly, more like 8-10 tho
im starting a 250 grow right now, the box is empty, waitning for the veg to finish up, check out my sig!
 
ya wen i first started growing this plant it wasnt even vegging for a month till i threw it into flowering ... that was wen i really didnt know what i was doing hahha but now i got an idea after hours of looking shit up. i have my light probly 6 or less inches away from the tops of my plant and temps are still 72-75 and 30% humidity. thanks for the reply's btw.
