250w MH and 250 HPS for flowering?

I have a 250w HPS and a 250w MH and was wondering if it would be worth the electricity to have the MH on with the HPS during flowering. Or should I just stick with the MH for veg and just the HPS for flowering? Any input is greatly appreciated.

I would run a mix, one of each.

Or you could flower with two boxes, one with mh and hps, and one that's hps only.

Same total wattage on each group of plants so you can then compare the growth, and the final high of the two and see if you see a difference in both vs hps only.

I have run both but never did a side x side comparonson, and that's what it would take to know for sure.

I believe there was an improvement with running both but you'd have to prove the difference yourself because I don't think I've seen a comparison made like that yet.
