definitely not the smartest and most effective. The plant will grow, but it would vegetate slowly, be small, and when its flowering, it would not produce a lot of bud for you to smoke, or whatever you use the bud for lol. If you give it plenty of light, it will have a better chance, never done this though or seen someone do it.
