28 days into flowering, is orange hairs common?

Yes, not only common but to be expected.

It can be more pronounced depending on the strain, how much light & heat you have on them, how much fan fan you have on them etc.

(Or if they got pollinated but you probably don't want to think about that)

I bought AI online, started with 7 plants, one week into flowering there was 4 males, took them right out, I keep the temp around 80 F during the day and around 65-75 at night, like I said this is my first time doing this. I think there doing pretty good so far, I just started using miracle bloom booster every 2nd watering, seems to be working...
