2nd attempt, First "real" grow

Hey guys, just looking for some input, so far what do you guys think. The 2 large ones are black bubba, and the small one is white widow x with lambo kush. Veg started jan 6 just flipped on tuesday. Preflowers showed up like 5 days ago. The small one I was going to main line but decided not too, got it in a larger pot to try and even out my canopy if possible. Looks like some of the calyx's are already purple has me very excited an anxious. My temps are between 69-80 with a rh of 40-60 during and veg, gonna try and maintain 20-30 during flower. I'm gonna flower wtih the mh till the stretch is over then throw the hps in. I'm using a 400w digital ballast and growing in a 3x3 tent.
One of the bubbas I didn't top at all just as a lil experiment and so far I think this one is going to produce big time. But all comments are welcome thanks for stopping by

Looks good. I germinated jan 7. i started flowering on feb 11, one plant a week later due to being a deep indica i believe. im using 400w mh for veg and 600w super hps for flowering. my temps are usually 70-80 rh 65-80, but i just got a dehumidi today! what nutes u using? i tried dynagro gro this time for veg. also using maxi cal and just started a very light dose of tiger bloom from my last grow. going to try 50/50 basically with the grow for flowering. i started to journal my first grow but i got paranoid lol.... just been lurking around and finally found a nice post i could really relate to, so ill start my riu life here!

Man so glad you decided to bust the riu cherry on this thread truly I am humbled. I'm using all fox farm bran products, grow big, tiger bloom, and i forgot the other one the organic one. What strains do you have growing, I dont have any experience with dynagrow but I hear lots of good things here. I'd like to see some of your work if you ever feel comfortable putting that information up. And welcome to riu friend

i have k0sher kush and slh going right now. i cloned all of them first time really taking cloning seriously. i basically got 3 of each. kk1 is very fast and balanced, not too stretchy and not too bushy. kk2 is a slower version of that. kk3 is deep indica, gave an extra week in veg. kk4 is staying in my 4x4 veg was a very solid plant much like kk1. from my first grow, i did 2 kk beans and luckily got to see basically both phenos. i should of vegged the indica better this time but oppies on the lst, but i was scared of over vegging bc these guys stretched alot first grow. the deep indica's buds were alot prettier and denser, but yielded alot less. taste and effect they seemed pretty close tho. slh veggd perfectly and is flowering beatifully, is in lead in pistils right now. i just put my blue widow bean in soil today, freebie but a bit excited about it. i have pictures but their pretty bad pictures. all the ones in flowering are on top of two 5 gallon buckets, ive made sure to control the stretch this time and its workin beautifully. ill get some pix up later, too lazy right now. = ) oh all of them are topped, two of them got unbalanced from broken off parts = (. my mother plant is looks alot like your first pic. sorry for the ranting. ill get some pictures up later, its just really hard to take any good pix with they spacing n all.

k all that took me enough time lol first grow i did 12 seeds and 7 turned out female and harvest, 2 were kosher 5 were bagseed. came out pretty interesting and glad i made most of my mistakes on them. what were your first gro?

My first grow was more of a whim, I was growing in microcab using cfls, had over 200w going of mixed spectrum. I was growing Dj short's flo, vegged till i saw preflowers, and with my luck it was a male so I had to scrap that and reevaluate what I was doing, and what was going to do better next time. Those look nice and thick. Thats cool that you were able to witness 2 diff pheno's of the same strain. The two large one's displayed in my photos are the same strain but diff pheno's as well. so did you just flip recently as well?

all but 1 of them went str8 into my 3X6 closet on the 11th, i did 13 seeds vegged like 1 1/2 to 2 months and 7 of them were females and harvested. it was ridiculous... i dont want to think about that grow unless i have to. so i vegged them for like 30 days. i have a 4x4veg tent to work with now also. i prolly should move the flowering into the tent but i put alot of work into the little flowering room i got. i have them 20-10 inches from the ac hood adjusting height with buckets. last grow... it was so much DIY stuff bc i was so broke. so whats this wwXlambo?

Lol man does that sound hairy. Should just look for a good geno and make her a momma. There is nothing wrong with diy, I'm always bewildered by some of the things I see on here human ingenuity is a wonderful thing. The wwXlambo is something by buddy hooked me up with from out in colorado springs. I believe its a local strain, its one he has grown a few times so he hooked me up with some beans, and he grows organically but says its a high yielder and very potent, its already gettin stanky. I prolly should of kept with the mainline but It doesn't too well with topping, and I'm actually too lazy to train my plants lol something I need to work on. But I'm really excited about these black bubbas. About 7 months ago I was growign with a friend, and I had this strain called purple cotton that had just came out near denver, and had a good pheno was gonna keep it as a mom and get a perpetual grow but all of our shit got jacked by his gf and that was the only bean and plant of it I had, was so pissed. But let me just say that I cant even begin to describe how anxious I'm becoming

you got any clones going or have plans for next batch? im really considering to invest in some purpog18... even tho i have other beans. its just so much work to not try to aim for stable high shelf. well im fortunate to able to barely have these options, but im already starting to feel like this is going to be a never ending journey lol. i try to chill and buy only the things i feel that i really need. i know its all trial and error type of stuff, just always looking for that shortcut lol. oh yea i love gsc but i guess i want something different.
i just barely lollipopped the slh and dropped it a bucket. wish i had more space to work with. hopefully around summer i can.

oh yea, got to learn so much on the first grow bc i used mostly beans i found smoking. a couple was suppose to be pretty good genetics but i blame myself for fing it up. and i tried all sorts of topping and training methods. i like uncle bens topping on 2nd after 5-6th node. and my plants turned way too yellow too fast from not using a nice balance of nutes. i used only tiger bloom. this time im like transitioning veg and bloom amounds like evenly with its life cycle. my main problem was curing, so humid out here. but i managed to have a decent amount of very nice smoking kk, it was exactly what i needed for a huge motivational boost. neways... i only have one bongload left until harvest (dont want to think about it but im frightened... lol). ive been practicing making pills and im not totally there yet. workin on some right now. more research diff methods. i think i understand it better this time.

I read up on uncle bens topping method but I have been able to top and produce for tops from a single topping everytime its all about catching the growth at the proper time. As far as the pills go a primitive method would be to simmer in a sort of solvent ie everclear and then take that goop if you would and put in a gel capsule, I've had em nothing spectacular, one could also substitute coconut oil for the thc to bind to

No I dont have any clones or plants for next batch I'm moving when these are finished but I have seeds out the ass that I'm gonna be using until I get comfy with a plant and keep it as a mom, I'm trying to make my way out west but things are difficult none the lesss

yea i top once on the second node when its growing 5th-6th node. yea moving is one thing and then setting up... i went alot of that in the past couple years, finally somewhat stable. its been rough trying to pursue my part in the movement, but i think it pushed me even harder to get this shit right!

Little update week into flower not too much of a stretch happening. Didn't bother showing pics of the little one, not much progress just now beginning to show sex leaning towards male but I could be mistaken.

Not sure where you're getting the idea that they're male... that pistol shows that it's in fact, female.

I do believe I said there was another plant that I didn't bother taking photos of because I had thought it was leaning towards male, and in fact was a male

mine are just pistiling up right now. hope yours are doing well.

I always notice the most growth shortly before a full moon. We have a full moon in about a week in the states. Get ready for some explosive growth this week especially near the end of the week (5-6 days from now)
