2nd grow, 1st scrog 2x3 closet, Cotton Candy, Taste Bud, Seedism ufo*

No i did not take any pics from the veg. They were under cfls for vegs and were topped a few times and didnt go under the 400w until christmas day, due to a single small plant finishing from the 1st grow. Thats when they went under the screen and vegged another week under a MH bulb before switching to 12/12 and hps one the 1st. They took off when they got under the better light, i would say 80% full, very similiar to what yours look like except my screen was much higher due to them vegging not under a screen for about a month.

I ran out of room in my makeshift veg area, so I built a DIY veg room. Turned out pretty nice and has not cost me a dime, had all the stuff laying around . It is 30"x34"x52", its a little smaller than what i wanted but i can always build a second one. BTW i plan on using something to block the light from the white board material i used for the walls, either paint or black blackout curtains. I also have to make up something for ventilation so i can close the door, but for now, temps are perfect with it open.
This was constructed in about 3 hours, that includes teardown of the old one and moving plants around. So in here you will see, RareDankness El Jefe in the big colorful pots in the back, dinafem bluehash in the wood barrel pot on the right and cotton candy clone in the white squarepot, and the seedism ufo clone in the yellow pot. And two bell pepper plants

Nice little veg setup. You can deff keep cranking out plants if you have 2 separate spaces. I have a small space like this too I was thinking about using to veg. Just gotta bite the bullet and buy a T5.

I have been turning on my 150w hps for veg and it really does wonders. I have it up and running, hanging verticle. The last time I did this my plants got on another level of growth that imho florescents just dont have the penetration power of an hps, and are therefore much more efficient. Pics will be up every weekend when I am able to take a few with lights off and just as they turn on. Also another hint on my ufo from seedism, it has purped up more with no lower temps than 66F and one of the tops has a bunch of amber trichs already. I really think it is killawatt since the flowering time is 7-8weeks, which I am at week 7. All other trichs look mostly milky.

Well I let it go, and let it grow. But not without spending several hours looking for bananas...so just another typical sat night I guess.

Damn been busy...this is last weekends update and I pulled taste bud out for a nice pic. I dont want to pull the cotton candy out of the closet because the bucket at all is damn heavy. I harveested the seedism ufo a week and a half ago. She turned pink on the top the last day before i chopped, went exactly 7 weeks and it had amber trichs at week 6, so it was a quick finisher but not a big yielder, i just weighed it up and its just under 2ozs, i know the taste bud and cotton candy will kill this strain in yield. Its curing in a jar, its down to 70% rh so it wont be long. Smoked a little of it and it was the smoothest smoke I have ever smoked in my life. I know for sure i have never smoked any organically grown before. The stone is a very awake and relaxed high, i get a lot done when i smoke this bud. Im sure it will be even better in two weeks in the jar.heres a little peak in my veg tent for my next round of flowering. Cotton candy clone is a beast! Shes a keeper for sure!

I am also pleasently suprized the taste bud has really taken off, despite looking for bananas everyday after the first day i found them, it has only had 2 and it is still throwing white hairs. Now i cant wait to use some of this organic soil mix that i have been cooking for the next go around. Just a note, The taste bud that was started from seed germinated 9 days after the CC and UFO broke the soil, one of the fem freebies didnt ever come up, so i figured why not try taste bud and it turned out to be a female. To bad i didnt get a clone. I still have 4 reg seeds...I will save them to make a run and make seeds, havnt checked if they still have this strain, it has been sold out since right after i got mine.

Im officially making my journal, the best grow that nobody cares about. Haha, but seriously these journals are really nice to be able to look back at the week by week progress. And to remember what I have been doing. I mostly just wing it and dont write anything down. I might start a paper journal for myself, its been years since I have kept a journal about anything at all.

Day 64, I harvested all but one of the main tops on CottonCandy, and wow these are some stinky dense buds. This ones gonna be a high yielder, weighed 275g wet, so should be at least 2 zips dry and cured. And there is still a lot of the plant left to harvest. I left one top intact to see how much it will bulk and let more trichs go amber. Taste bud is still throwing hairs and bulking up. I say she will out yield the seedism ufo in a smaller pot with shorter veg and half the main tops.

I'm finishing up in a week and a half another Cotton Candy. I ran one last run, and the smell / taste is amazing. The yield was phenomenal at 7.6 Oz's from one. Got it as a freebie and ended up purchasing a 5 pack again for Attitudes 7th b-day deal that just went by.
It's very much a sativa, so I'm going to pull this run at 73 days (few days past 10 weeks).. I ran the last one a couple days over 8 weeks, so after doing research settled with running them longer. I have 2 Sage N Sour running with them. I highly recommend that strain as well.

Thanks Doctor, after I chopped the tops,I let the rest go another week, it wouldnt have hurt to let it flower another week, but I had a clone I took when I topped it the first time and the clone is damn near 3ft tall already and I had to get that thing into flower, I plan on letting this one go 10 weeks though. I have yet to trim the 2nd harvest off this cotton candy but it will be at least 3 ozs, I will definitely be getting more from delicious seeds and any crosses they do with this lavender and powerplant.

My current Cotton Candy clone is about 1 week out.. as I said I'm running it 73 days. After reading about the straight it seem the extreme Sativa makes it want to go 10 weeks easy. Last time I pulled just at 8 weeks, and it was phenomenal! This time, it's looking like 5-6 Oz', less than last time, but I have 2 Sage N Sour's that are taking it over. So huge!

I got a White Lavender seed as a freebie during Attitudes b-day promo. White Lavender = White Widow and Lavender. I'm quite anxious to try it, considering I believe most of the sweet and soft smell came from the Lavender, will be interesting pairing that up to a White Widow.

Sorry all, I cant post final pics. It was all harvested a while ago now. Seedism ufo, just under 2oz dried and cured. Taste was just 2oz dried and cured, and the cotton candy was 2 1/2oz dried and cured. Ufo was a strong kush taste with a very awake high, great morning smoke. I am flowering the clone I took from her and shes doing better than the first round. Cotton candy is some of the best all around bud I have ever smoked. I will be running cotton candy again, for sure. The taste bud was the suprize of the lot, with almost two weeks less veg and being in a smaller pot, she almost produced as much as the cotton candy andit just kept shooting new flowers and packed on all its weight between weeks 8-10. I have 4 more reg seeds and im considering making seeds since im pretty sure this strain is sold out. Oh and did I mention how amazing this stuff tastes, without a doubt the best tasting buds I have ever smoked and will be hard to match. im very impressed with tastebud.
