2nd grow 1st time indoors any DIY advice is welcome.:-)

hello all,

still kind of new at this and was looking for a little advice on my project.

after a pretty good outdoor harvest this summer, i decided to try my green thumb indoors.
I picked up all the supplies and now faced with a few option mainly which way to best use my system.
Obviously looking for maximum yields with the shortest turnaround possible while still maintaining potency.

here's what I have so far,

1000 watt hps
3 x 6 flood table
clay pellets
coco coir
ph pen and ppm pen by
rockwool cubes
cloning dome and heat matt
mastercraft 1.5hp sump pump
2 x 2 outlet air pumps
sensi bloom a and b ph perfect
purple maxx
bud blood
humidifier
2 oscillating fans
1 exhuast fan
mylar and screens

I was planning on S.O.G or S.C.R.O.G and 12/12 from rooted clones

what I wanted to know is with this flood table is it more efficient to use ebb and flow, aeroponics, or dwc? can you combine these?
right now i have a few clones in netpots with rockwool and clay pellets on a bed of coc,o with spray nozzles in each netpot flooding the table every 10 min for a 2 min cycle of sensi bloom ph perfect a and b at 1000 ppm and ph is 7.9??? and a few air stones bubbling.....looks good to me lol

this is my general area with ten clones on the table as a test. i can probably put an additional 40 in there.

the ones in soil are my 1st generation from seed i have clones of these that will act as moms in constant veg and 7 more strains growing from seed in soil.

again any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am learning new shit everyday, and don't want to over do it.
