2nd grow 400w hps lowlife auto ak47s

so hi guys and gals this is only my second ever grow and my first journal, im hoping i will be able to get the same sort of results like i did on my first grow which was greenhouse greenomatics im just waiting to harvest them (only a few days to go) :mrgreen:

So far i put 2 beans in water for 12 hours on saturday then put them in cotton wool till sunday night, once they had popped open and shooted i put them in root riot cubes in the propogater untill this morning... they had shot out of the cube and got there first 4 leaves...ok they maybe small but i dont like taking a risk with the tap root getting any light, so i planted them in the soil first thing and put the 2 pots furthest away from the light but there pretty shaded by the other girls.. ive still got 5 GOMS finishing off so its getting cramped lol i will put some pics up later although theres not much to see yet....any questions about my grow methods etc please dont hesitate and if anyone has any suggestions please feel free to express them

i will take some pics later with a full update its been hectic with harvesting this week i need some ideas...ive got 3 aks in pots and 1 i think that is dead no action for 2 days :-(

so ive got 1 ak seed left but then ive also got 3 bhds 1 top 69 and the 3 autos from nirvana that attitude where giving away this weekend so what do i do next?? 3 bhds or a mix any suggestions?

do the 3 BHDs all together.. easier to maintain the same strain.. I also have the 3 freebie autos coming.. should be here the beginning of next week. I'm interested in the top 69 too lol. we can grow the 3 freebies together and compare if you want.. let me know.

shit sorry dude i had already germed the next 3 before you replyed i did 2 of the freebies 1 northern lights and the bubblelicous and a bhd ( i need some indica couch lock lol).... i should of waited would of been good to grow side by side with you....all my goms are down now i smoked a bit before total weigh in so i cant really give a grand total although ive got 43 grams cured and 60 grams drying but i would say ive smoked an oz and a half so not bad i think......update on the aks the first 2 are nearly 3 weeks old and flowering ... the other one is doing ok only a week old but got the first 4 leaves so far so good the other one in the root riot cube is definately dead i had a peak yesterday and some how the tap root has snapped of :-(

so unless it re-roots itself which im not sure autos do i think ive lost it....the other 3 will go in the propogater tonight,,,ive managed to get batteries for my camera so pictures as welll later

picture 1 and 6 ...AKs 3 weeks old both flowering a bit of yellowing on the bottom leaves on the first plant....think it might be ok..
picture 2 and 3 ...BHD and NL 4 days old both doing good
picture 4 and 11....yellow bottom leaves on plant 1 im hoping its just the usual dying off of the first leaves but i think some other leaves are doing it on the bottom aswell...
picture 5...this is the AK that i thought i lost because of the broken root. However in the last 2 days she has picked up and seems to be doing ok even if she only gives an 8th thats better than nothing
picture 7 .....this is the bubblelicious same age as the BHD and NL 4 days old i cant wait for her lol
picture 8...this is the other AK i planted as the same time as the sick one she is just over a week old
picture 9...this is another picture of the sick one like i said in the last 2 days she has opened up and got her first 2 leaves...fingers crossed
picture 10 .... these are the 2 oldest girls and already 2 distinct phenos WTF

nice grow scribed for sure! I have some aks and an automarie (sounds the same as lr2) that are one week from seed. So perfect timing seeing your journal to make sure Im on track! So worried about stunting. Think your leaf tip burn is a little too much nutes, careful. How tall are those aks? 6 inches maybe? Looking real nice, branchy and exploding with flowers already, cant wait. Those auto seeds are small huh?

nah its not nute burn as im not using any nutes yet only whats in the soil which should be good for another couple of weeks yet and i know its not the soil as my green o matics loved it....its just the plants natural cycle kicking in and using up her carbs and sugars ready for fruit production when she starts fattening her buds , which is why its only happening on the oldest bottom leaves........and my babies are about 12 inches tall and 12 inches wide if not more now they have exploded in the last 2 days lol i will get some pics up 2moro

where has everyone gone?!?!?!?!?!?! no comments on the pics i am suprised lol just a quick update both the oldest AKS have had a huge growth spurt the slightly smaller one out of the two is 2.5ft wide now they are both very pretty... resin production has started picking up and the pistils have just started to change color aswell...the 2 week old AK has just started showing her sex looking good so far...and then the BHD, NL and bubblelicious are all doing good really starting to take shape.....oh nearly forgot to mention that with the 2 oldest AKs they have different types of bud sites, what i mean by that is the smaller one has loads of different bud sites which looks like they gonna have decent sized buds but there not gonna be huge in size but the taller one has a very long main cola which has loads of buds forming all the way down on it already and then only 2 or 3 bud sites on each branch...i will get some pictures to try and show what i mean....i have got some pics to put up but will put some more up tommorow when i get some batterys...and the AK that i thought i had lost, has re rooted itself and slowly but surely she is doing good she has got 8 leaves now so its looking good ive named her LOWLA short for (low little ak) lol and ive just started feeding the 2 AKs with bat guano yesterday i will see how they take it and keep it going....

i class day one when they have popped there tap root when they are germing in cotton wool ....hope this makes sense?
