2nd Grow...Lessons learned

I guess I lost my original ID here, so new name, same dude. I had 3 plants in one pot, ect. Anyway, I did a lot of the "lurk and learn" and started grow number 2. This time, Jack Herer, femenized, fox farm ocean, and fox farm nutes to be used later. Here they are at 21 days. Looking extremely healthy. I've never seen leaves so fat. And they are getting very bushy already. Maybe low growers? I am skimping out on the lights a bit, just can't afford to go big. But I will light the hell out of them as best I can. So thanks for all the great info.I will keep updating.

Yeah, I will not start the nutes for a while. I think I even noticed what could be some nute burn just from transplanting them in the FFOF, if that is possible.

Probably just shock. Any changes to anything should be gradual, else risk shock.

Well good luck. Be PATIENT. Read a lot. When you say "skimp on lights" What do you mean by that? what are you using? You can get a bunch of bright white (6500k) CFLs and surround your lady and keep cfls within a few inches of foliage. Swith to 2700k cfls when flowering. good things can be had with "skimp" lighting. You will just have to adjust cfls almost daily.

Yep, by skimpin' I mean CFLs...Worried about the electric bill as well as heat...Right now I have some T5s on top and a couple CFLs on the sides. I was thinking of just doing some More CFLs when flowering. But not sure when that will be...they are both really short...really bushy..and growing crazy, just not up...I have them in big 7gal buckets, that may be it? Thanks again to everyone for all the great advice. I will post more pics in a couple days when they are a month.
