2ND grow need help with compost tea ingredients for veg. and bloom !!!

Hello, this is my second grow now starting to figure out what i'm getting to to haha but it's fun as shit !!!
i need help in making a veg. and a bloom compost tea and some really good and rich soil mixtures !!
i will try my best to post pictures of this grow still kinda new to documenting my grow on video and stuff ....
