Your going to need a lot more light if you want to do any good. Those tube florescent bulbs suck. If you can get some compact florescent bulbs, they put out way more light that the tubes. And you can concentrate the light on a smaller area. You can put together some cheap fixtures for the lights. Even some fixtures you might have lying around might work. And you will do better with the larger CFL's also. As far as I know Home Depot has the biggest ones around local. Looks like your plants are stretching a lot and you have to support them so they don't fall over. That's because you do not have enough light for them. It would help also to get those lights you have a lot closer to the plants. Looks like you have pleanty of air movement though, nice size fans. Try to get the lights as close to the plants as you can. They should be able to be only a couple of inches away without being to hot.

Also I have done some hydro and I believe you should try to keep your ph a little lower, about 5.5-6.0. Might be a little nute burn on those tips. I'll have to say too that you did a great job with the pics and descriptions. So many people don't post pics at all when looking for help.

CFL's are the compact florescent bulbs. These are ones they have at home depot. they do have smaller ones but I have had better luck with these. Mostly I've used the smaller ones and had as many as 6 in a fixture. That worked really well. some of these and a few of the round aluminum work lights. It helps a lot to have a reflector behind your bulb. There are some good threads on here with CFL grows also.

With the cfl's the larger bulbs only come in "soft white", the red/orange side of the spectrum. Even though the blue is supposed to be for veg I find that the higher light output of the larger bulbs more than makes up for the color. I get nice bushy strong plants with the soft white. But buds will still be a bit fluffy compared to HID lighting. But they are a great place to start. Keep them as close as you can to the plants and you can get some good bud. When plants are small you can start with a couple bulbs and add more as you go. I like to start Pruning early and pinching them when they have 2 sets of leaves You pinch the top off between the upper set. That will give you 4 main stalks instead of 1 and help make a nice bushy plant.
And MERRY CHRISTMAS
