Well without a pic or any info hard to know, but HPS lights will make plants look yellow

when i take it away from the ligth its very yellow will add a pic soon

Sometimes the hps is a bit too strong for young seedlings or clones. The lights lumens will actually bleach out the leaves. If you have not given the plant any nutes, it could be starving for nitrogen. But, please give them a very small amount, or you may have bigger issues. Good luck

I agree with closet crows conclusion.
Seedlings need very little light

careful with your lights they may be to close a 600 watt will cover a ten by ten area given the surroundings ..theyre young ..i runn a 400 wattt about two feet above try it
