2x4 Ebb and Flow Autoflower Tent

Just started my new grow, and decided it was time to share it with RIU. This will be my first grow by myself, so any advice/feedback is welcome. Here goes nothing...

Seeds
I bought 6 autoflower seeds from The "Orginial Sensible Seed" company. 3 Cream Caramel autos, and 3 Big Bang auto. Although I got no confirmation email, the seeds came pretty fast and very discreet.

Germination
I sowed the seeds directly in to a jiffy pellet/humidity dome, and patiently waited. On the forth day I began seeing the first set of leaves develop, so I hung two cfl's over the seeds so they did'nt stretch. I added no nutrients or root growth supplement...just good old h20. On day five I started to see tap roots coming out the side of the netting on the jiffy pellets, so I transferred them to their final home.......

Ebb and Flow Hydro
To start off, I recently bought the "Big Foot Low Profile Hydroponics," the table and reservoir sit only 20" off the ground, and holds 27 (30 basically) gallons of water. It came with all the tubing, fittings and a 360 submersible water pump. Instead of filling the whole table with hydroton, I decided to only fill the net pots. I also covered the table with mylar, leaving only the net pots exposed. This allows me to flood the table more often without over watering, and leaves extra room for the roots to thrive. Every 2 hours, the pump turns on for 15 minutes. No watering during dark time.

Light

As for my light, I am currently using a 400 watt Metal Halide. It's running for 20 hours on and 4 hours off. Right now, the light is sitting about 3 feet from the plants, so they don't over heat
:cuss:lol. After two weeks, I will take out the metal halide, and put in my 600 watt cool tube HPS, and possibly my other 150 watt hps. Well see though.

Nutrients
Being the impatient and organized person I am, I decided to go purchase the nutrients from a new local grow store. I picked up connoisseur a&b, plus Big Bud. I'm not going to start the feed schedule until 2-2.5 weeks from germination. I also purchased aza-max to protect my ladies from bugs and pests.

Ventilation
Currently I am not running ventilation because when I keep my window open and the grow tent door opens, my temprature stays at about 77-81 during light, and 70 or less during dark......But I have a 4"inline fan pushing 200cfm, and also a 6" pushing 250cfm. They are very loud though, and I'm sure it will bother my dad, so I turned them off.

Now that you know my set up, let me explain whats going on right now. Today is day 6, yesterday I transplanted the babies in to the hydro. I had no real complications except one of the tap roots broke at the end. I've also had to dial in all the flaws with my hydro such as over flooding, and all that fun stuff. Now everything is set right and the plants look pretty good. The only problem is that I haven't seen any noticeable growth over night like I did when they were germinating. I'm worried that putting them under the MH light was too much. I'm also worried that the jiffy pellets they started in are absorbing too much water..more than the hydroton. Heres a picture...

Sorry for the crappy webcam pictures, it really does no good for how professional my setup looks. As you can see by the first picture, all the ladies have devolped four leafs. They all have looked like this for a day or a day and a half. None of them are leaning. One of ladies leafs is actually curling up.

How am I doing so far...? I will keep updating and adding pictures.

This is how I started. After the 2nd nutrient change I said there has to be a better way.
