hay HR these baby's are drinking a lot of water they have taken out half my 25 gallon res in 5 days ppm is 1200 and ph i am ashamed to say dropped to 5.5 there for a flood. it seems the ph down volume that i added when i did res change to 5.8 concentrated as the water lvl dropped so fast cause last night it was 5.7 i thought hmm ok its good for about 2 days... but when i checked today just to be sure ...yep it was 5.5 and blinking back and forth to 5.4 not sure how bad the effects of 5.4 is. so i for the first time like the hole grow used ph up to get it to 5.8 again.
but if they are going to drink 2.5 gallons of water a day i am going to have to add back before flush time witch is if following the formula should be no b52 and no OD ..i am at week 7 day 2 but the tops are not even close to what i remember the last ones looking like when i started flush. i mean i remember having to check the orbs too till they were milky and they had brown hairs and like fully matured like a hole week to 2 weeks before i even started flushing them.
so i guess ill ask it... are you sure these are supposed to be flushing at week 8?
Do i just add back and go until my orbs are milky +brown hairs?
or is week 8 flush time anyway?

yeah but only on the buds on the canape. all the cola are still not even showing signs of maturity yep not one brown hair on any of them.... Lol but there as big as my fists. i never had such largeness ...maybe the AN nutes cause i rely have not been doing any co2 this grow.... Dame lol imagine if i had extra co2 they would be Huge Lol!
so i guess the bigger the cola the more time to maturity.

K big drop the over drive and keep the b52 and go a exrta week maybe 2 then look at flush, your not the only one having this issue with this strain!

i do not think this plant ever seen a stunting moment in its life sept maybe getting pruned a little so something tells me its not behind at all and its really just its normal cycle.
shit dude is it possible for the plant to have devolved because of excessive cloning ?

apparently the leaf issues were not JUST heat stress. and that my medium was clogged with dissolved salts and was making the water seem like ppm was right but in reality the water was really only 3/4 strength and some of it was indeed slight deficient. so i guess the (real) ppm if at 1000 it was only 750 cause my water is 100 ppm by its self so lol when at 1000 i was only giving my girls 650 ppms! but i kinda had thought some thing was wrong call it premonition but i was mixing strong anyways so i really never let it go under 1200 up to 1400 so with these dissolved salts in my medium and 100ppm in the normal water i guess the ppm was really when at 1200-1400 only about 800-1000 so this was why its only a slight issue i experienced.
all though heat and to close to light was part of the issue as well they bolth played a role in the over all problem i hope this info can help any readers to ovoid this issue cause i am sure it could have been a lot worse.and in my next grows to come i wont be making this mistake again!
ok so i did the medium flush! so i now will call this and dub it the (MIDWAY FLUSH!) Lol since it needed to have been done a couple weeks ago and i cant really see having to do that every res change...... it was a fucking time consuming Bitch Lol so in next grow at week 4-5 i will do this medium flush. i flushed it with plane Ph 6.0 water 3 times.
ok so when i did holy shit! there was algae coming out like crazy! and holy shit was it stinky! kinda smell like a fish tank or some out going covert on a lake. no poopy smell but was heavy algae smell. and the fungus nat's went crazy !! like abandon ship! there nests were flooded and choked and drowned from the long and flowing flood (flush)
Lol they then proceeded straight to the yellow sticky tape ...(single file) LOL hope fully that will be the last i see of them.
so now i added 1300 ppms and ph 5.5 water in theory it will flush the plane water out and ph will be about 5.8 and ppm should be around 1200 will recheck it later though to be sure.

yeah i all sow made the mistake of calling day 1 flower when i flipped the timer to 12-12 and in reality the first sign of budding (hairs) or (that top looking all flowery) that should have been day 1. so i remember it taking about a week and a half for this strain to finely say ok i give in and start showing signs. so i am most likely only truly on week 6 day 1.
(shrug) we live and we learn i guess but all this messing up will pay of in experience for the next grows to come. and info for others to tap into to not make these same mistakes for them as well.

first flush was 500! second flush was 250 (blinking 200to300) last flood was around 100-150 and the water is 100 so yeah i think most of its out anyway.

i had no clue the dissolved salts would burn.. i thought they only scrood up ppm testing i guess i thought it was deficient cause of a lack of nutes rather then a burn of over nutes. oops well i am still learning lol!
but that would all sow mean the 100 ppm in my water is still a factor into max ppm i can add. for awhile there i just thought i would subtract the 100 from it but now i am not so sure case that 100 ppm is still going to help in burning a plant at high ppms.
