With a tent 48 in by 24 in by 60 in how many buckets do you think I should put in it I have a 900 w veggie and Bloom light LED and how big are the reservoir do you think I need
Could try fit 4 smaller sized buckets or maybe 2 rectangular fish bins with a lids (I think you call them totes)

Ya coco is def a very easy way to grow and still gain some of the benefits of a hydro op. I think a dialed in RDWC or DWC could also run smoothly but it may take some trial and error to get to the smooth part.

Sorry to hear about your wife op and your garden troubles, we have alot of very smart growers around here, most always willing to help. Best of luck to you, if i can help in anyway, dont hesitate to ask. Im far from the smartest but not the dumbest either lol

I started my RDWC 'career' with 5 gal buckets plumbed into 3/4" returns. I found that unless I was VERY diligent at keeping roots out of the drains, backups and overflows did happen. The UC system I run now with totes and 2" plumbing has been problem-free.
I agree with diggs, running an f&d table with coco seems to be the easiest hydro setup.

By any chance do you have any diagrams

If your only 48x24x60 I would consider just doing a two bucket with a third bucket as your res outside the tent.
ONE good RDWC plant would stuff that tent full of bud.
Airwalker has done some cool shit, he led you on the right track.

if you can find them, square/rectangular sites will make your life much easier.
Here's my two setups. @Airwalker16 and a few others gave me some good advice early on and I ran with it and figured out my own thing Based on how I wanted things to function.
If you run 2 sites + external res, you just need 4x 2" bulkheads and connect all 3 buckets in a line at the bottom with 2" abs.
Check the links in my signature for more pics.

If its only 2 buckets, 3 bulkheads would be enough. Just use a 90 and a Tee into each one following to the res off of the tee.

Keep it simple mate & fail safe. Put cocoa (I recommend all canna products) in 4 PB18 plant bags with your seeds or clones. Put them in your tent setup. Mix your chosen nutrients (again I recommend Canna products) the way they suggest on the side of the bottles. Water them love them harvest them & let your wife love them. Too easy If your tent is setup then the hard part is done! No hoses, no res, no floods, no worries!

Except getting in there everyday to water or it all goes to Shit. I could literally leave my system for a week.

easy.
That crop I cut out of the veg system. I ignored it for well over a month. Just left the top off line on and tossed some nutes in it now and then to see what happened. No ph or root checks. Looked like I had been paying attention to it the whole time.
I cut them down when one of them overflowed. I just happened to be down there trying to decide when I wanted to cut them down when it started overflowing lmao
Those 3 gal buckets were very full.

Yeah but your not fresh, your not asking for diagrams on how to setup a hydroponic system, you havnt just lost your last crop & you dont have a very ill wife in need of some medicine! All those things im assuming. Drain to waste is still hydroponic, theres a lot less things to get wrong, if you do get something wrong its a lot more forgiving. Take one trip to the grow shop & start growing. Or or ask around for diagrams then start setting something up, figure out you should've done something different/better, count yoyr loses & start again, another failed grow to get it dialed in meanwhile the mrs is losing faith etc etc
