Yes the clones are 100% rooted, and I do have experience with clones. I do plan to top them when I'm ready.

The plants look pretty stretched out, like they want stronger light.
I have a full spectrum LED on top that isn't shown that is really bright... the other lights are just supplemental day light 6500K.

Distance is a factor in how “strong” the light is perceived by your plants. Spectrum is good, but doesn’t equate to how “strong” your light is. The long distance between nodes is like a historical growth record, showing that your plants were starved for light. Your lights are too weak and too far away.
I bought these clones a week ago. They were all like this when I purchased them. Do you think the lights I have are too close?

If those clones came like that, they were probably lower branches from larger plants. It’s hard to tell from the picture, I’m assuming that the light panel is 100 watts or less. The single cfl probably isn’t doing a lot, and neither is that other vertical blue light.
That 150 watt light is enough to flower out one nice sized plant, but to really maximize that tent, you’re going to want about double the wattage.

The guideline is generally “30-50 watts per square foot” of grow space. With a brighter light you’ll have to dim it a lot anyway, and rarely use it at full blast. You’ve got a 3x3 tent, so 9 square feet. 9x30 =270 9x50 = 450. So you’d want light in the 300-450 watt range.
