Who would. Nothing about its name makes it sound any way positive whatsoever. Only good alternate use I've heard of for that stuff is speed cameras
I read something the other day which I need to keep in mind. Apparently (this is useful to me given my profession) cayenne pepper works wonders at stopping bleeding from cuts. Not sure if it carries over to gunsnhot wounds though

I'm surprised this hasn't been posted...A 24 yr old man named Justin Bourque is currently being hunted in Moncton , New Brunswick ...it's in Canadadude lost his marbles last night and killed 3 cops...injured 2 others.. now my family is locked in their homes waiting for him to be found...crazy shit! Let's all hope this ends well for all parties involved. ..but his last fb post suggests he's going out with a bang...litteraly
