Just curious how much do party cup grows typically yield?:dunce:
Depends on alot of things man, just like any other grow, lights, nutrients, genetics etc.

Good luck with the conception SICC :-) ..... does that make you some kind of Gynacologist?

I'm going to have a read of that seed production link, thanks for posting it :-)
lol i guess you could say that :bigjoint:

and that thread is very helpful, its a good read

O.K. heres what I got going. I have 4 Female seeds Bubblegummer ladies going along with 2 DNA genetics Sleestacks, 2 Kandy Kush, 2 bcseedking God Bud and 1 Big Buddah Blue Cheese all females except for the GodBud,all under a 400 watt hps with 200 watts of 2700k cfl for supplimental lighting. I am using the Technaflora line of nutrient., no co2 just an open window for a bit everyday. Dont know if this tells you anything but thought I would try. Sorry if this all seems llike gibberish but the GDP is whopping my ass.:eyesmoke:

So you have all that lighting and you want to do party cups? might as well just use regular pots unless you wanna do a SOG or something

party cups are great for low lighting, short veg time type of grows. take advantage of that 400 watter unless you are just wanting to have small plants and small yields. i have yet to try sea of green. i did scrog my first grow and it worked out pretty well....nugs were potent but cure was too short....half hay smell. i found spider mites early in flower...and i sucessfully got rid of em. lost alot of my large fan leaves tho...which really took an impact on yield....(when comparing to this grow)

i havent hear you state when you are going to pollinate. any plans? i pollinated in week two and IMO this is a great time to pollinate. I have a ton of healthy looking seeds. do you plant on pollinating a bud or two or the whole plant?

yeah im going to do it on the 2nd week flowering, when i topped, i was planning on the 6 colas, but the bottom two got shunned out by the top 4, so im planning on covering those two lower shoots with pollen, and leaving the rest for smoke, but we'll see once the time comes, i might do it on the top ones as well, i still need to to some LST to the bottom two as well, but there all pushing out pistols :weed:

Ima update tomorrow or Monday

IMO i would pollinate at least one nug that receives optimal amounts of light. Id imagine low lighting really takes a hit on the development of our next generation of plants.

Well there getting plenty of light, its just that they didn't grow as big as the other 4, but like i said, i will most likely do some on the top nugs forsure.
I gotta make sure i get a good amount, i want ALOT of seeds, so ima pollen that bitch up when time comes, which is in about a week.

LOL I just thought of that when reading about your desire for bookoo seeds :D

:bigjoint: Keep it up brother, nothing like loads of seeds, and a oz or two of bud ;)

cheers bongsmilie

Sorry I didnt make any sense yesterday. I was asking about the yield because I am wanting to only use cfls because I moved in a new house and the electric bill is just killing me so I thought party cups would be the way to go.

Oh ok, i pulled 20 grams off my last plant, even after having some complications in the first weeks of flowering, and i have 184 watts of CFL's.
I would still try to do a SOG and see what yo get, you should be able to pull off some good numbers, i. all my plants were female i would have had something similar. But i would try and get more CFL's for a better overall yield, i was supposed to get more lgiths, but never ended up getting anything, a lil tight on money so i stucc with what i have now.

sicc you ever look into uvb lights or mycorrhizal fungus? i swear by myco but not sure about the uvb
I actually have some, from botanicare, but never used it, wasn't really sure how to haha, i got it free from a hydro shop along with some "Guardian TR" which is basically the same thing, but liquid form.

As for UVB I was going to try and use a bulb i had, was 60 watts but that mother fuccer got hot as hell, and i ended up dropping it anyways haha

here is a good thread homie

Well with myco your basically wanting to build up colonies of this stuff around the root system. They create a symbiotic relationship with the roots- helping with nutrient uptake. The roots feed them and they feed the roots. Start colonies by adding as directed amounts early in veg. Every other week add more and more until around the middle of flowering. Try a comparison with myco on one plant and without it in the other. With such small grow containers you need all the backup you can get.....these guys are a great addition to growing.

I have an issue of Urban growers magazine that tells all about em....if you have a question let me know and ill try to find the answer.
