3 Tipped Foliage ( PLEASE LOOK)

Alright guys i just noticed this on one of my clones all the foliage including ALL the new growth has only 3 tips on the leafs.
im not sure if the mother was the same and i cant find out because the friend i got em off lives very far away.

Is this some kind of genetic mutation that happend from the stress of being cloned (is that possible)

will this affect the bud..etc?

Ill get a picture as soon as i find my camera........ but i photo-shopped a picture to give you an idea.
