3 to 4 weeks into flower that are ouside need to move inside

I have two plants that are about 4 weeks into flower,in fear of lose lips I really need get them inside.down fall, I already have a lighting cycle that on at night. question, will it be safe to move them inside with out to many side effects.they are in buckets so I can move them with no transplant shock,but with the light cycle mess with the plants flower.should I like put them in the dark for the 12 hours of light they tend to get or just run them in?

The dark period is what indices and promotes flowering. 12 hours of darkness is the norm. Don't interrupt the dark period and you'll be fine. Set your timer to shut the light off around the same time it gets dark. It will probably have to be earlier to get the 12 hours. So maybe 7pm-7am or something like that.

Bring the plants inside during the day, put them under the lights and have the lights go off around sunset.

I understand that,i already have a cycle goin from ten at night to ten in the morning lights on.it would be flipped if I bring them inside,my question is whats the best way to flip the light cycle
