3% vs 35% H2O2

Are there any issues of using either one of these? Ive read around and diff sources are saying 3% is bad because it may contain other chemicals. I also read that people have used 3% with no problems. Any recommendations? I found this link here and it shows a chart for both? is that ok?

Yes 3% is bad to use due to the bonding chemicals. 35% food grade is good to good. Been using it for a couple years now 7ml per gallon.

What if i already added 3%. Should i do a flush with fresh nutes and water?

Not necessary, any side effects if any would show with prolonged use.
Im sure you can keep using 3% with out any ill effects, but when possible get the 35%.

alright thanks bro...by the way i added in a 1 cup of 3% into my 3 gallon of water is that a bit much? the site said for 1/2cup of 3% per gallon.

I always used 35%, try to stick to 7ml per gallon but sometimes go 10-13ml per gallon. Never had any trouble cause by it.
