3+ weeks cloning, no roots still?

I have small little white nubs on my clones in my small DIY bubble cloner. Its been over three weeks now. Can anyone tell me what Im doing wrong? I think it might be the temps, but im not sure what i can do bout it. I cant seem to get the full roots that I see people have in a week.

Temps of the water is around 76 deg F. I added a few drops of superthrive for this last week.

In the first two weeks I used called CNS17 Ripe, that the local hydroshop guy recommended to me, he said it was just like superthrive.

couldnt tell you about the bubble cloner, but i use rapid rooter plugs and they work great. like you i tried the bubble cloner method and it didnt work, so i said fuck it. Rapid rooter plugs in a dome with a heatpad will give you roots in a week. I would recommend using clonex conditioning solution for clones, speeded up my root time and success rates. Using this method i get 80-90 % success in about a week, sometimes roots are blowing out the bottom in 5-6 days, and i just took the first clone of my life bout 6 months ago, so im still a newb myself. make sure you keep the plugs wet, spary 2x daily and you should have roots- i would try that to uncomplicate things- there is more to go wrong in a bubble cloner. and if i didnt say earlier- give rapid rooters a try, at least you will have clones :weed:
thats my 2 cents

Peace

Yeah, i got a bunch of green algae that I had to clean out. Does that contribute to the cloning problems?

I did use rapid rooters too, but I wanted to try hydro instead of soil.
