I’m 3 weeks in and I’m growing in a 2x2x4 in soil using fox farm trio. I’m growing in 3 gallon pots but I started in solo now I’m in 1.75 gallon and eventually switching to the 3 gallon grow pot. I’m using the ts 1000 mars hydro, how long should I veg before switching to flower? I want to try scrog also and this is my first time using scrog

Look at it this way. The plants can double-to-triple in height in the first few weeks of flower.

Take that into consideration and compare that with the height you have between the top of your canopy and bottom of the lamp, with room to spare in between.
 
That’s my question. How long would you veg knowing that you only really have about 2-2 1/2 feet to grow? Or should I just do lst instead of scrog?

My rule of thumb is to try to keep them at about 1/3 of the total height you have room for. This is only 2 weeks of stretch from the Purple Haze I grew last cycle. Some of the plants came close to quadrupling in size by the time they were done.
