3 weeks into flower hairs already turning amber/orange?

well i've had the plants ( 2 of them ) on 12/12 for about 4-5 weeks and saw the first hairs about 3 1/2 weeks ago. now some of the hairs are starting to turn orange is this normal or is something wrong. i'm using 2 4' plant and aquarium flouros and 2 60w cfls (I know its not much light but this was my first grow and didn't know what I was doing next time more light).

hairs turning red could be from cold.
plants in my growroom all got white hairs, but plants on my window (wich is open all night) got some red hairs.

The hairs should start to turn red/brown. When you get over 75% it's time to harvest. From what I've read. My first grow is in about the same time frame. I have about 10% to 15% red hairs at 40 some days in flower.
