Hey thanks for the comments! im just a tad worried the buds arn't forming quick enough. It would have been in flower for 4 weeks this monday coming. At what stage do they start to fill out and actually look like smokable nugs? im feeding it bigbud weeks 2 to 4 then overdrive weeks 5 and 6, not sure this will leave enough time for nice big nugs. a little help and advice would be great

I would say that your lighting is holding you back. They do look small I would of guessed those were at the end of week 1 for dirt. I would start at weeks 1 nute schedule and not continue to go by a calendar and start to read the plant instead.

Did these get over watered?

Go hydro - 1k hps, house and gardens nutes with extras two weeks two days in flower. the round thing is a penny.

Iv sprayed the plant with a weak mix of Epson salts. I think my water is a bit too hard as it reads a ppm of 200 without neutrients, this could be the reason for the mg lockout. Iv Also lowered the bigbud due to the amount of potassium in it and up the canna for more mg. Hope this is ok????

this should be ok if the problem carries on just add 1/2 tsp of salts to the ready mixed canna but you should be ok

they look good man. those buds will get bigger dont you worry. be patient. did you lollipop at all? meaning remove the lower branches.throw a mator cage on there and tie those lower branches so they are closer to the top. with cfl, you will get buds but they wont be as big n shit as with an HID light.

if your nutrient regiment needs something added to it. DO NOT INCREASE YOUR BASE NUTS TO COMPENSATE FOR IT!!!! sorry but this is a big deal. if you need more mag or cal or anything. don't add more base. you'll start to cause imbalance with the other nuts. find what you need and add only that. you'll start a whole shitstorm of issues if you start raising your base trying to compensate for something thats lacking. you WILL cause nutrient lockout by doing so. trust me. I've been there and done that. please let me save you from it. get some magical or something and add a little bit to your res and see if your plants respond. if they don't then you know thats not what they needed. if they do then you're golden.

Well adding alot of mag to an complete nute can also cause lockout
the light green leafs as well as the mg shortage does suggest a low base in general a couple of point should help the issue if ph is in balance
plus extra mag supply is always in short supply at the start of flower due to the conversion from veg to flower in general
