Definitely not a N deficiency. What's your soil mix and pot size? I think it's root bound.

Using Scott's soil mixed with humus and tons of perlite. 400w at about 2ft. Approx temp 80 60% humidity. 1 gallon pot

Time to transplant. Also bring your light 1 ft closer to the top of your plant 2 days after transplant.

It looks like nute burn or a ph problem. Uppotting wont hurt but check those things.
