My cannabis have 8 leaves right now and is about 3 weeks old. Is that normal?

im sure shes fine. wait till she really takes off, you'll be amazed at how big they get in a short amount of time

At how many weeks does they normally take off?

depends on the strain, but around 40ish days in you should have a few feet of plant on your hands be ready to train her!
