3 weeks old and nutrients issues??!!

Hey guys , I have 2 plants that are exactly 3 weeks old. One is GSC, one strawberry cough. Both were planted in ocean farm soil in a 1/2 gallon pot . Then 2 weeks later transplanted into a 5 gallon to finish the rest of its cycle in new ocean farm soil again

. I noticed a few days later brown spots were appearing on the strawberry cough on the top foliage directly under the light . I was over watering them every 2 days and noticed they were droopy so I stopped watering them for 4 days and during those days the leaves started to look better as in not droopy anymore but brown spots are still there . I watered them today with 1/4 strength “emereld harvest , cal mag” they started to look droopy again after watering so I guess they still needed more time to dry out. Anyway please take a look at the pictures and give me your thoughts and recommendations. Thanks !

plants are growing in the following conditions

3x3 tent
Hydro mars TS2000 light 30 inches away from canopy
Temps are 74-77
RH 55-60%
soil is fox farm soil
5 gallon pot

Remember ocean forrest is a hott mix and some seedlings or different strains don't like that much when the plants are small and new. Maybe try mixing it with like dr. Earth or coast of maine. Both r omri listed for organic. Try that or only use the ocean forrest once they are established

Should I not give it anymore Nutrients for a few weeks and just continue with water? At this point they are already in the soil . The Girl Scout cookies are not showing signs like the strawberry cough which I know are 2 different strains
