I'm a super newbie but I have pics up in a recent thread of 27 days old from sprout and both plants are apx 10" high and big bushes. Maybe it's the strain but that looks small. I went straight from taproot into the dwc and kept the water level half way into the net until I saw roots popping through the bottom of the net. I started at 1/4 strength nute as soon as I had the first set of leaves and slowly upped it. I poured res water into the pot 2x a day also. Not sure if this helps you out, like I said this is my first time too in a very cheap put together set up under cfls and they are way bigger than yours
