The world is big

In my country, plants will flower only like in august earliest.

I hope they are doing right i feel like they have slowed down a little bit the bigger one is a foot tall they still look healthy but idk haha

Lookin good man.. give them time and don't over water give them time to dry out between watering... 2-3 days

You are outdoors,mflowering should start at any time, so they are not going to get gigantic. And yeah, you can pop them in the ground from the pot, long as the ground dirt is decent you should be good
