3 x 5 x 6.5 Tent and Light question

Ok, So i've done alot of research and keep seeing that 3x5x6 is too small of a space for even a cool tube 1000w. I'm having trouble understanding everyones logic because In my head my setup should remove all heat.

I plan on buy tent 3x5x6.5. I have 1000w dimmable ballast. 6"cool tube and ducting and a SEPERATE 6" duct fan 140 cfm strictly for the cool tube. I plan on running the cool tube ventilation directly from a fresh air source to dircetly through the bulb and again straight out of the tent probably using no more than 6' of total lenght for fresh air to move through. I live in a basement, the house is central airconditioned and i'm freezing even in the summer.
Now I also have another stronger fan 440cfm that I will be running my carbon filter and what not for regular ventilation and odor control.

Will this setup work? or will I have a heat problem regardless of how much fresh/cool air I push throught?

You can put a 1k in a 3x5 space with a cooltube no problem. Might have to do sea of green, scrog or some training because of the height you would have to keep the light. Your setup sounds fine to me and I don't see no reason it wouldn't work.

Thanks this is what I thought as well. I've just never used a strong lamp and cool tube and have no idea what the residual heat is like after venting. Scrog is how i plan on using this tent. also only 2-3 maybe 4 plants max.

You should be fine then. I use a 600 in a 39x39 tent with a cooltube I know not the same thing but temps stay between 76-80 no a/c right now. Summer I need the a/c because of the outside heat. So I don't see how a 1k with 2 extra feet won't work. On top of being in the basement (cool air)
