30-hour light failure; consequent plant damage?

So yesterday my ballast decided not to work, causing me to worry about the potential shock it may inflict on my plants.

Instead of 12 hours of darkness the plants received 30 and now I have to figure out how best to return to 12/12.

Does anybody know the significance this has on flowering cannabis plants? They're 6 weeks into 12/12 so I doubt I'll be seeing hermaphroditic changes.

An extended dark period is much less stressful than the other way around.

Fix you ballast and go back to your regular schedule. A one time occurrence shouldn't be that big of a deal and what's done is done.
