300 watt CFL...how far from seedlings!?

I have 5 sprouts and waiting for the other six to emerge. They are all in a 2x4 ft container. I have two 300 watt CFL lights that are centered on the container making some sprouts stretch. Is this going to continue or will they correct themselves and begin to grow upright??? How far should the lights be from the sprouts???? Right now there at about 3 1/2 inches.

are they 300 equivalents? got pictures?

move the light closer, use slitted straws for support them, and ideally center the light over 4 plants only.

they should be like 3-4"(I THINK)....that is if the light wont burn em...
