very smart idea..also when it comes to harvest times you may find harvesting in stages....take the top foot off the top and let the bottom fill in more then harvest again...keep doing that till your done

Do you have your sprayers on a timer? 1min on 5mins off? i have a art-dne timer wich is sooo bad ass my plants love that shit. then you dont have to really wonder about res temps cause your pump isnt on all day. and you plants then get as much nute take as possible. i paid around 75.00 for mine.

I have the same exact system and I have a few questions, what did you put in your pots other than the pebbles? Have you had any problems with ph going up? How often are you having to adjust ph? I am using dutchmaster nutes.
6.8ph, 74 air temp, 71 water temp, 50% humidity, 370 ppm

I am only using parts A & B dutch nutes and not any of the other additives they recommend like add.27, silica, and zone. I was nieve enough to think that the guys at my local hydroponics shop would steer me in the right direction, but they didnt even recommend any of those. I basically asked them to design me a grow room and make a list and I would buy it. I spent $8000 and got a aeroflo 60, a ebb and grow, 2 wall mount fans, 2 1000w air cooled lights, 120 site EZclone w/ 4ft florescent , charcoal filter with can fan, propagation chamber, and other misc things like mylar and shit like that. I am finding so many things they didnt sell me that I need. Anyways I am over the fact they they bent me over and screwed me raw, and now I am trying to fine tune everything. Your thread has been real useful. One thing I am about to try is cycling the pump on and off. I am unsure how often, different people range from 1 on 5 off to 15 on 15 off. I have got to get my ph down first. I used the little cubes that came with the propagation kit. It is not rockwool it almost looks like dirt, but kinda spongy. I transferred them in one of the little coconut hair cups and put the pebbles around them and put all of that in a basket. I am starting to second guess that as well. Any help you or anyone else can give will be greatly appreciated. This is my first time ever growing anything but tomatoes in my backyard. I feel like I jumped in the deep end and then tried to learn to swim.

my pots just have the 2 inch grodan rockwool cubes that the clones came in and they have hydroton balls on top of the cubes. I didn't use the 3 inch pots and coco liners that came with the system i went out and bought 60 3" NET POTS, the spaces are smaller so u dont have to use the coco liners (i've noticed mineral build-ups on the coco liners before).

I have had problems with my PH fluctuating before. Your PH problems are probably more specific to your brand of nutrients I wouldn't know if they come PH buffered or not but you'll start to notice that every time you add nutrients you will have to add a small amount of PH+up or PH-down. I adjust my PH as often as it needs to be adjusted even if its twice a day. Just remember you dont want your PH to swing more then .5-.6 every 12 hours or you can shock some plants. You really want to keep your PH between 5.5-5.9 (5.8 is perfect, my plants are rarely above or below 5.8 now) pretty much all the time. When your PH goes outside that area certain nutrients in the water become unavailable to your roots and you will start to notice deficiencies. My suggestion to you would be to get a 5 gallon bucket to add your water and nutrients to the system with, then mix up 5 gallons of nutrients as if you were going to add it to the resevoir, when finished check your PH, and see if it is at 5.8, if it is then good, if not then you must add a small amount of PH up or PH down until you get it to 5.8 you should eventually figure out about how much PH up or down you will need to add every time you add water to the resevoir. For me now i am in the 5 week of 12/12 and i have to add 1 tsp of PH+up to every 5 gallons of nutrient water i add to the system. I also try to keep my resevoir temperatures below 70 degrees to prevent from getting root rot. If you want me to be able to better help you out tell me how old your plants are and what strain you are growing (indica or sativa) what your current nutrient blend is and if you use any other types of additives. Also i would not suggest turning your pump off ever, the laser spraylines oxygenate the water that your roots sit in when they are spraying therefore it'd probably be better if they sprayed more often then less often.

well actually they are old pictures i'll try to get some newer ones soon i've just been extremely busy lately as usual. well here you go these pictures are a few days old, the plants are in day 39 flower today, so a few days younger in the pictures.

My current mixture is 5ml Gro, 10ml Micro, 15ml Bloom, 10ml Liquid Kool Bloom, 3ml 29% H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide), 5ml PH+UP per gallon

My current readings are:
PH: 5.8
PPM: 1400 (stays between 1400-1600)
Res Temp: 69
Room Temp: 85
Canopy temp: 92
RH: 56%

My dehumidifer pretty much runs 24/7 and my RH stays between 50-60%. I just Flushed my resevoir a few days ago and I have been putting in hydrogen peroxide instead of hygrozyme every time i flush, then i wait 3-4 days and begin adding hygrozyme again instead of h2o2.

ANY QUESTIONS, SUGGESTIONS, COMMENTS, OR CRITICISM IS APPRECIATED AND WELCOME.

Thanks for the info man, since my post I went and bought some net pots also and I will never use the coco liners again. I actually think alot of my pH problem was the fact I didnt rinse the pebbles good enough, I have it stabilized now. I currently have 12 total Ak, Hashplant, and Skunk Kush in there now. I am running dutch nutes and I am in week 4 of veg. I am in the process of cloning to fill all 60 sites. I am going to move the 12 in there now to make room for 60 clones. Do you have any experiance moving plants form aeroflo to another system? I am gonna make a DWC for them to go in and start 12/12. Any info on that? You grow looks awesome and I cant wait to see your yield. I am very impressed with this aeroflo, I cant believe how much they grow some days. I am currently in my first grow ever and everything is going great now. I would put some pics on here, but I really thought I was gonna screw this one up. When I start the clones I think I will start pics too.
