I've been pulling the males out. So far I pulled 6 Plush Berry Males and 1 Plush Berry hermie. I am keeping the best looking PB male. So I have 3 Female PB and out of them 1 is realllll nice looking, just waiting on the bud quality.
Next, the AK47. Out of 11 seeds, they all seemed to be female.........at first. About 2 weeks into flower I noticed one(that had pistols) starting to drop it's balls. Then a few days later I found a few more. Out of the 11 Serious Seed AK47, only 6(so far) are pure, seemingly stable females. I want to keep the best looking AK47 male, but it does have a couple pistols in it. Would this be a bad idea to keep pollen from a mostly male/tiny bit female hermie AK47? I do not want unstable genetics in the seeds I keep. I may just keep the PB male pollen and cross her that way rather than keeping any AK47 pollen due to the unknown quality of the pollen.
Has anyone else experience unstable AK47 genetics recently? I did a google search and found out it seems that other people have had the same issue. People are really getting lazy. If you are going to sell seeds as "Regular seeds" Seriously Serious Seeds, please do not sell unstable genetics.
The feminized seeds I bought are all doing very well, not showing any unstable signs as of yet. This says a lot about breeders. Regular seeds being more unstable than feminized seeds seems pretty crazy. But that's the deal.
