312w DIY CXA3070 AB build about to form like Voltron

I first want to thank Supra for all the help and all the other LED growers here for starting the addiction!

I'm building two separate 3 cob light bars each powered by an hlg-185h-c1400a to go in my 2x2.5 gorilla tent.
The plan is to run each bar with 3 cxa3070 AB dimmed to the lowest setting of 700mA which should give me approx 147 watts between the 2 sinks.
Which I will dim up to 1050a at 228w the 3rd week of flower till the 6th week, then back down to 700ma till harvest.

I was originally going with 4 cobs but they only had a package of 6 so that's what I bought and I'm glad I did because they will run more efficient, last longer and give a better spread.
I'm looking to blow the doors off this little tent until I move up to a 3x3 and crank both bars up to 1400a at 312w dissipated between both sinks.

Any advice or tips are welcome . Thanks for checking it out!
I'll update the build till its done.

I bring you the ugliest DIY CXA3070 build known to man.
I told my buddy to really cover the cob with pk3 good against him saying that it's too much and sure enough we ran out of pk3 after the 4th cob when a 5gr tube should have easily did 6 cobs but luckily by chance I picked up a couple of tubes of arctic silver 5 for a dollar each at a store going out of business. I wish I bought them all. But one 2.5gr tube covered the remaining cobs OK.
It just more runny and messier than the pk3 but as long as it works is all I care about.

Couldn't finish tonight because we didn't have any 18ga wire to string up the cobs but we should be "alive" tomorrow night.

Just cleaned them up and there's not as much pk3/arctic as it looked. We did a good job of squeezing it all out the sides, we just used so much that it caked up around the COB's but not so much under it.
I can definitely say the pk3 has a firmer hold and is much cleaner to work with/clean up.

better?

It's alive!! It's not the prettiest like I said but I just want it to blast out some juicy nugs.
These things are bright!
Even looking from the side I was seeing spots. I have each bar pulling 121w at the wall sans fans so they should be running a little under 1050a each.

We just have to put on the hang chains. My bud wired the fan directly to the cell phone cord without splicing in the 12.5' extension in between on the first sink but I'll just use an extension cord for that.
All in all I'm happy with the build and can't wait to get them in the tent and see what they can do.
Thanks again @SupraSPL for all the help along the way and giving me the confidence to do this and everybody else putting in the time and work with LEDS.
