yup, but if you grind organic beans its even better. regardless its good food and its mildy acidic, it holds life

half a lemon squeezed into 16 oz water w/ 1 teaspoon of baking soda (to fix badd nute burn) mild rinse will help the plant start fixing its issues. lemon chlates the mineals in the soil to make em useable, or you could spend $$ for humates/humic acid which does the same as lemon or even pickle juice

we dont use beans, (espeically coffee, its a profit crop) for fertilizers cause theyre really expensive. in essence any dried bean ground up will feed the plant the proper proteins to build more plant matter.

farmers use manure and if theyre rich will sometimes spray field with fish emulsion for a boost here and there
