So we've gathered our clones and started them in our veg box under 4 two-foot T5's. The room dimensions are 27"x27"x36". We have an air conditioner keeping our temperature around 70 during the day, 60 at night [our flowering room is in the same vicinity..Our second grow is currently on week 7 of flowering, check it out, link in signature].We have seven different strains, we only do a small grow, around 10-12 plants, so we like to have a variety. This time our strains consist of:
Mr. Nice[2]
Platinum OG Kush[2]
Lemon Larry [phenotype/cut of OG Kush][2]
Grape Romulan[2]
Blue Crush[1]
White Widow [1]
Sour Diesel[1]
We're planning on keeping only ten.. but we'll see what happens.

The flowering room we will be using is the same as in our second grow; if you'd like to know more about it please check it out there. If we add any amendments to it we will add it in this grow journal. For now, here's some pics of the babies

The cup over the grape romulan just shows the progression, the change in humidity from being in the humidome to the low low humidity of northern cali right now made it droop ridiculously. A trick is to put a glass cup over it.. brings humidity to the plant and they perk back up. Thanks for subscribing sasquatch, looking forward to your comments.

so i just mixed a little over 3 cubic ft of ocean forest and 1 cubic ft of light warrior together. it was a little over 2 bags of fox farm ocean forest and 1 bag fox farm light warrior. ive been really satisfied with ocean forest i just wanted a little more aeration. plus im using soilless during veg in the 4 1/2'' pots so i can control the nutes more during veg. i havent really seen that mixture done. ive heard of it but dont kno any results. i figured it would be better than using perlite plus light warrior has mycorrhizae already in it.

I'n having humidity problems also, what do you mean by placing the cup over it does it need to be hot have water inside? outside? looks to be working for you and im looking to save my plants.

Also, sub'd to this looks like may teach me some things.

Spray your clone with a mist of water, lace a clear glass cup over your plant so you can see inside of it. It just allows humidity to stay in the atmosphere around your baby. Early clones still need humidity and with the weather warming, ESPECIALLY in Northern Cali, the humidity is low. Place the cup over your clone and see if it perks up within an hour or so. It acts just like a humidome.

oh mine isn't a clone but the humidity in my grow room has been from 10% at the lowest and been staying around 35% which from what i read is really low and looking for cheap methods of raising this looks promising but can it be done on a non-clone plant?

you will be fine if your plants not dying. cuttings while there rooting have 95%+ humidity. and when we pulled those clones out they just were dying. placing the cup over them just gave them the humidity they were used to. you shouldnt do it for a normal plant. the plant doesnt need humidity that high. if your humidity is low i recommend an a/c or humidifier. i just got a a/c unit in my room cause my room was hitting 80 degrees right under the light and my humidity was getting to low. now im about 76 degrees under the light with 50% humidity

So the Blue Crush clone we got was amazing, but a little too tall so we topped it, and then turrned the clipping into a clone, it's under a humidome in a rapid rooter. All of our babies are looking great, the Grape Romulan now survives without the cup, and hopefully the Mr. Nice as well. Ill hopefully put up a pic of our other Lemon Larry clone and the Blue Crush.

All of the clones are doing great, We water/nute every day [depending on what time they came into our veg box] and our growing quickly!

The pictures were in bitmap form and they only allow a certain number of KB so i had to resave everything as JPG toput them on here, so these pics are about three days old. There's a pic of our humididome, the Sour Diesel before and after it was topped, the new legs that our veg box stands on, and all of our other clones

We have also been trading genetics and are going to add Strawberry Cough, Grape Ape, Tahoe OG, Purple Kush, White Rhino, Granddaddy Purple, and Pure Kush. All at different times, but we will be adding them.
