3rd week flower superbloom

i do have one question though on the first 2 pics i know its blurry but its a pre paid flip phone cam anyways on the first 2 pics there are leaves trying to twist and curl around the buds this is only happening on 2 flower sites both are on the same plant but the rest of the plant is fine other than a little bug damage i think my guards are leaving me so my question is what causes this ive heard of this before but cant remember what causes it

so let me know what you think guys once again im using cheap home depot greenlight superbloom nutes yes i know alot of stuff is better but im seeing what can be accomplished with this stuff

bump* still wondering what the curling leaves are about

I think that the curling is a natural part of the plant flowering. When cannabis begins to flower you will notice leaves starting to grow upward, perpendicular to the stems. It's probably more prevalent in some strains.
