3rd week of flowering do they look good?

Good day all how do they look? Is it better to not remove leaves in this stage? Any thoughts? My first time

They look good, you're doing a fine job.

I defoliate the first day in flower and the 21st, the leaves always grow back.

What do you want to remove leaves for?

There some colas not getting enough of light, as well some people say to cut fo the plant can focus on budding
