3x3 space, is this budget LED good?

I, personally, would not buy this. The spectrum doesn't look very good, and the board on which the LEDs are mounted looks flimsy and low quality. Cheap parts... I predict sub-par results and unit failure.

ive got two of those, i use them to sub up my 600 hps, in the past i have used them as veg lights and cuttings, they seem to be best in that capacity as they on thier own produce airy buds, why not get one led and a 150 hps..i used this combo and it is enough for i decent small plant, i got 3 or 4 oz from that plant,it was more of an experiment, but i found it to be a very healthy spectrum,,altho had to train the plant to octopus out, wire and thumtacks ,the usual...fim and clip...

I went with a 600w MH/HPS setup. For those who are interested in the Cidly units specifically the Apollo 8 360 w ones I received a direct response from them:

From: "sales24" <sales24@cidly.com>Dear X,

I am very happy your inquiry our apollo led grow light.
i'm kevin from cidly company.

Yes,i can supply this light to you. price is 170USD per unit.
please give me your address and Tel NO to me,so i send the proforma invoice to you, then you can order.

Your sincerely
Kevin

So if any one is interested I'd send them an email, probably for any of their products you can get the best possible price / configuration.

I just felt that since this is my first grow and I am uneducated with LED that HPS/MH would be my best bet.
