4 1000 watters on 6' Tracks?????

Hey everyone im interested in setting up a room with 4 1000 watt hps lights each on there own 6' track. The room can be anything from 9x25 I personally was thinkin 9x21. Also in the room will be 2 exhausts a 8" and 6" and 2 intakes also a 8" and 6" located at each end of the rectangular room for best air circulation. Also in the room will be 4 wall mounted oscilating fans and 4 floor oscilating fans. For the moment thats all I have in mind any help on this grow would be apreciated.

Carbon scrubbers? CO2? Light movers?
With that size op a guy could afford to splurge & grow really big.
Do a Journal if you proceed.

Oh i forgot to mention that connected to each of the exhausts will be a carbon filter also the 6' tracks are light movers Im not very sure about the c02 situation Ive never used it and not exactly sure how to. How many plants would you put in this op and do u think 9x21 is perfect let me know
